NSFW Games for iPhone: 7 Adult Games Not on the App Store
Search for adult games on an iPhone and the App Store gives you nothing, because Apple’s review guidelines reject sexual content outright. The games exist anyway — hentai-style visual novels, merge games, idle RPGs — and they run on iOS without any trouble. They are simply distributed outside the store.
Our first list covered 18+ anime and fantasy games, which leans towards gacha RPGs and strategy. This one is the other half of the shelf: story games, merge games, an idle shooter and a couple of short, one-idea titles. None of the seven overlap with the first list.

Summertime Saga
The heavyweight of the category: DarkCookie’s Ren’Py visual novel, the most-funded game on Patreon since 2017, with more than 65 characters, 30-plus locations and 20-plus mini-games around a mystery about the player’s late father and the criminals he owed money to. Stellar Affinity
The newest game on the list — HIMEFUN released it in July 2026. You command a ship travelling between worlds, and every docking stop opens its own planetary story. Progress keeps ticking while you are away; when you come back, bullet-hell stages resolve in short sessions. Raising affinity with crew members unlocks their story arcs, with full Japanese voice acting and text in English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Thai.
Passion Industry
A merge game from BarHat Games where you start with a single room in the adult entertainment business and grow it into a studio. Merge matching items to open new locations, hire staff and unlock characters, then manage the roster as the business grows. It is one of the more actively updated games here, with new characters, limited-time events and battle passes landing regularly.
Horny Villa
Another merge game, this time with a story. You inherit a run-down villa from its eccentric former owner, and — starting with a secretary and a stack of paperwork — merge items to restore it, hire characters, host parties to raise its fame and expand the grounds. The catalog build is a mod with unlimited currencies, so the merge board never stalls waiting for resources. It was updated in September 2026.
Lustful Olymp Legends
An adult game set on a mythological Mount Olympus. The loop is character progression: level up, make choices, and unlock new scenes and rewards as you go, with illustrated art and animation carrying the Greek-myth setting. It is a lighter, more casual pick than the story-heavy games on this list.
Waifu Island 2
The odd one out, and a good one: a pixel-art platformer crossed with a visual novel. You play Mike, responsible for a group of castaways on a mysterious island — explore, clear platforming obstacles, gather resources for quests and build relationships with the people you meet. Animated scenes are tied to story progress, so the platforming is doing real work rather than filling time between them.
Night Adventure
A short, one-idea game from Randy Fox: sneak into the house of Lisa, a fox witch, while she sleeps, and try more than eight kinds of interaction without waking her — push too hard and she wakes up and burns you. Points earned go into upgrades and items for the next attempt. It is brief, but fully voiced and built for replays, in English and Russian.

The first time you add a device, Apple runs a one-time “processing” step: most iPhones are ready within a day, and some take up to three. After that, every install is immediate.
