Subway Surfers & Subway City Mods

Two endless runners this week, and they come from the same place: SYBO’s Subway Surfers and the sequel it shipped this February. Both are free to start and both sell you the same thing — the part where you stop saving up. Characters, boards and second chances all run on coins and keys, and the shop is never far away. In these builds that queue is already paid off. No subscriptions, no waiting. Download either as an IPA and install on your iPhone in one tap — no PC and no developer account of your own.

Subway Surfers

The runner that has been on phones since 2012 and is still near the top of the charts: dodge the inspector and his dog, grind rails, hop hoverboards, and watch the World Tour move to a new city every few weeks. It passed four billion downloads and was the first game on Android to cross a billion, back in 2018. The economy is the whole progression system — coins and keys buy characters, hoverboards, power-up upgrades and the revive that saves a good run — which is why a strong run so often ends with a shop screen.

What’s unlocked: the in-game store is free, so characters and outfits come without the coin grind, and there’s a custom jump height plus a No Clip mode for skipping a stretch you’re bored of. The cheats sit in an iGameGod menu you switch on and off in-game. One requirement up front: that menu asks you to sign in with an iOSGods account, free to create on the iOSGods site.

SYBO’s proper sequel, out worldwide on 26 February 2026. It brings the crew home from the World Tour into one city with four districts — The Docks, Southline, Sunrise Blvd and Delorean Park — and adds moves the original never had: speed pads, a stomp that uncovers what’s hidden under the surface, and a bouncy shield for higher jumps. There are two ways to play it: Classic Endless for the high-score chase, and City Tour, a level-based mode with missions and hidden items that unlocks the districts one by one.

What’s unlocked: unlimited coins, keys, revives and tokens, every board and surfer already yours, and the player level maxed from the first run. God Mode is on too, so a guard or a train doesn’t end the run — useful for learning a district’s layout before you chase a score in it.

How to install

Both games install from builds.io like a normal App Store download — tap GET, install, run. No PC, and no developer account of your own to keep alive. When you add a new device, Apple runs a one-time “processing” step: most devices are ready within a day, and some take up to three days while Apple works through them. It happens once, and every install after that is instant.

Last week was about building and defending — Minecraft, Last Day on Earth and Tiles Survive. For the full shelf of tweaked games, from runners to survival, see the hacked games list for iPhone.
