PalkaDPI is an open-source DPI circumvention tool for iPhone. Download the PalkaDPI IPA — it isn't on the App Store, so builds.io installs it directly.

It brings up a local tunnel on the device itself to restore access to blocked sites and services. You can check how servers respond, then edit and test different circumvention strategies until you find one that holds on your network.
