What is Eden?

The App Store lists it as Eden: Daily Routine Planner, made by Millefeuille Agency and filed under Health & Fitness and Productivity. Inside the IPA the app also carries a Russian title, Эдем: трекер Привычки и Планер, which is why you may meet it under either name. It first appeared in October 2021 and keeps a simple promise: self-care should not feel like another source of pressure.

The mechanics are easy to describe. You write down the habits you want to practise, and each day you tick them off. Every completed habit makes a virtual garden bloom a little further, and when you skip a task part of it fades gently instead of punishing you. The tasks refresh automatically every morning, so you open the app to a clean list. The design is deliberately quiet: minimal screens, no crowded dashboards, ambient sounds and relaxing music for the mood, and a focus timer for the moments you want to concentrate.
