How Piano teaches you to play

The app is published by MWM and filed under Music in the App Store, where the full name reads Piano: Keyboard Lessons and Game. It has been available since March 2018, which makes it one of the long-running titles in this category. The method skips drills and notation. You watch a song, repeat it from memory and tap the right notes in time, which trains your ear and rhythm along the way.

There are two modes. Learn mode guides you through a piece step by step, while Game mode turns the same songs into levels where you chase accuracy and a clean score. The levels were put together by working musicians, and there are hundreds of them. After you finish the set, a concert mode puts you into a performance with a full orchestra behind the piano.
