What’s unlocked in this version

Ornament – Health Monitoring mod for iPhone now includes subscription unlocked in version 4.22.1. Download the updated IPA for iOS and use the app’s premium features without the paywall.

Blood test results are easier to live with when they sit in one readable place: Ornament is a health tracking app, and you can download the Ornament IPA for iPhone as a tweak with the premium plan unlocked.

What is Ornament?

In the App Store it is listed as Ornament: Your Health Coach, from Ornament Health AG, under Health & Fitness and Lifestyle, with a first release in February 2019. Its starting point is your lab data. You can upload a PDF, photograph a report or type values in manually, and the app organises and visualises them in plain language, tracking biomarkers against reference ranges on graphs. It also syncs with Apple Health.

Around the labs sit other tools. An AI assistant answers questions about healthy habits and wellness goals using your own data, and a food tracker links what you eat with how you feel without obsessive calorie counting. There are personalised nutrition and weight loss plans, pattern tracking over time, a family section for the wellness data and growth milestones of your children, and special modes for pregnancy, vitamin intake and sleep quality.

The developer states clearly that Ornament is not a medical device and offers no diagnosis or treatment, so a qualified professional should be consulted for medical advice.

Version and requirements

The App Store release is free, needs iOS 15.1 or later and carries a 17+ age rating. Its latest update brought a new Symptom Tracker where you can log symptoms from a library or by typing or speaking, simple charts of symptom trends, more allowances on the free plan, a food tracker that keeps new meals at the top of the list, and performance fixes.
