What is StoneAge: Idle Adventure?

The game is published by Netmarble Corporation and appeared in the App Store in March 2026, in the Games section with casual and role-playing tags. It brings back the StoneAge pet franchise on the ancient continent of Tectonika. You play a trainer who catches creatures, raises them and lines them up in squads, and the pets themselves have special skills that you combine into a team strategy.

The idle part of the name means many fights resolve by themselves, while the decisions sit in the roster. Battles are large: a side can field up to six trainers with eighteen pets and has twenty-four loadouts to test. A clan system lets you cooperate with other players and grow a village together, and the Advent Battle mode takes every pet you own into the field, so weaker, lower-level favourites do not have to be left on the bench.

Requirements and what is new

The store lists a minimum of iOS 15.0 and an iPhone XR or XS with 3 GB of memory, and recommends iOS 16 on an iPhone 13. The game is free, has a 12+ age rating and offers in-app purchases that can be switched off in device settings. The latest release notes list a cooperative clan activity called Tio's Tower, a custom rate-up draw, a Returning Adventurer restart option, a revamped Primeval King event, quality-of-life additions and bug fixes.
