Infinity Blade Hack

Infinity Blade is the game Apple's own App Store no longer sells. Epic pulled the whole trilogy on 10 December 2018 — the studio behind it had moved on, and supporting the series stopped being realistic. Anyone who bought it back then kept their copy; everyone else lost the option entirely. Download the Infinity Blade IPA for iPhone here and play it again.

It mattered because nothing on a phone looked like it in 2010. The first mobile game built on Unreal Engine 3, it won an Apple Design Award and better than twenty game-of-the-year awards, and it invented a combat language the touchscreen actually suited: swipe to slash along the arc you draw, hold to block, tap to dodge, and read the enemy instead of mashing. You play a lone knight climbing to the Dark Citadel to face the God King, dying, and coming back as your own descendant with everything you learned.
