What is Erythros Lite?

Erythros Lite was released in January 2025 by the developer Vladyslav Pavliv and appears on the App Store under Games with Action and Adventure tags. It has a 12+ rating. The setting is post-apocalyptic: you start on an island overrun by zombies and other monsters, explore it, and gather materials to build a shelter, weapons and tools.

Crafting is where it spends most of its effort. You collect wood, metal and cloth and turn them into anything ranging from simple tools to powerful weapons and even vehicles. The arsenal includes pistols, explosives and melee weapons, and the day and night cycle matters, since zombies are more dangerous in the dark. The map covers forests, cities and military bases, and the characters can be customised with outfits and accessories.

Other survivors share the island, and they may be friendly or hostile. A multiplayer mode lets you team up with them to handle bigger threats. Recent updates have also added tools for creators, such as a colour picker for primitives in the map editor, layer selection for optimisation and a new code editor for EryScript.

Version and requirements

The latest App Store notes list the removal of an item duplication exploit, gamepad control fixes, EryScript parsing fixes, a flashlight bug fix and various smaller improvements.
