What is DDDigger?

DDDigger is a casual digging adventure from Neptune Company, filed in the App Store under Games, Casual and Adventure. The premise is cheerful: square-shaped aliens have started a mission to conquer a new planet by digging down to its core, where total domination awaits. Underground, though, giant worms and scary monsters are lurking.

Controls are minimal. A single tap makes the alien jump on its board, and that is enough to steer the dig. The depth of the game comes from the loadout and the economy: you upgrade gear such as drones, missiles and machine guns, unlock stronger drills, and build factories that produce resources while you push deeper.

The gameplay pulls together a few small loops: tap to jump, fight what blocks the way, pick up resources, spend them on better equipment and then dig again. The game does not need an internet connection, so it works wherever you have your phone.

When things get tough, Fever Mode gives a burst of invincibility and speed so you can race toward the core. The planets are drawn with colorful backdrops, luck plays a role in your upgrades, and the whole game works offline.
