Rebuilt on YouTube 21.36.6. Requires iOS 17 or later; 4K playback needs an A16 chip or newer. After installing, open the tweak settings and press the checkmark once so background playback, Picture-in-Picture and casting work.

YouTube YTKACE is an open-source modification of the official YouTube app for iPhone. Download the YouTube YTKACE IPA for iOS and watch without ads, keep a video running in Picture in Picture, and get the dislike counter back — installed in one tap, no PC.

YTKACE is built on the current App Store release of YouTube, so the app looks and behaves exactly like the one you already use; the tweak adds its own settings panel on top. Ads and sponsored segments inside videos are filtered out, videos can be saved for offline viewing, and the playback and quality controls go past what the stock app offers.
