What is Timeland?

Timeland, listed in the App Store as Timeland - Save Your Journey, is a travel journaling app in the Lifestyle category. It appeared on the store in October 2025 and is listed under an individual developer, 笛 姜. The app calls itself a personal AI travel journalist, and that description is accurate to how it works: you hand it your photos, and it assembles them into a journal with short summaries instead of asking you to write every entry from scratch.

That approach suits the way people actually travel. Most trips leave behind hundreds of pictures and no notes, so the app starts from the camera roll. Photos are grouped into dated entries, so a weekend away or a single afternoon becomes a story you can scroll through later. You can keep adding to a log, browse earlier ones, and use the journal as a quiet way to relive a trip months after the suitcase is unpacked. Everyday moments fit as well, not just vacations, since an entry is simply a dated collection of pictures and text.

The business model is a subscription. The App Store listing is free to download, and the paid tier is what normally opens the full journaling experience. That paid tier is the part this build changes.

What the Timeland tweak unlocks

• Subscription features unlocked, with premium content open without restriction
• Journey saving capabilities that normally sit behind the paywall
• Dated journal entries with attached photos, kept in one place
• Browsing of earlier logs so past trips stay easy to find
• The same interface and AI summary approach as the regular app

Version and requirements

The changelog of this IPA says the app was modified to unlock the subscription features and make premium content available. In the App Store the app is free, rated 4+, and needs iOS 17.0 or later, so older iPhones will not run it. The most recent official release note is a one-liner about optimizing the user experience.
