It is a catalogue of animated backgrounds for the iPhone Lock Screen: time-lapse scenery, pets that bring a smile, hypnotic abstract patterns and even a cosmic explosion in motion. The developer says that new animations and dynamic themes arrive every week.

Using it takes three steps. You browse the list and save a wallpaper you like, then set that saved item as your Lock Screen background in the system settings, and finally press the Lock Screen so that the animation plays. A Favorite category lets you collect the ones you want within reach, so switching your look later takes seconds.

There is also a Live Wallpaper Maker tool, which turns your own videos into live wallpapers, so a clip from a holiday or a family event can end up on the Lock Screen. For full use the app asks for access to Photos, to import backgrounds, and to Notifications, to tell you when new wallpapers appear.
