The App Store entry is titled Quantum Wars : PVP Board Game and the studio behind it is Adisoft Gaming Co., LTD. You play a genius Data Hunter who wields the Quantum Key and fights for control of a digital battlefield. A match mixes casual dice-rolling with planning, because the dice decide how far you move but a deck of skill cards decides what you do when you get there.

You travel across a network of data blocks, collect Pennies and bump into rivals to take their resources. Cartoon characters such as Bulbbolt and the beginner Rootkit give the game a light tone. Gear and skill cards combine into combos, and raising your character level opens extra item slots. Matches can be played live against players around the world, and a competitive mode adds a leaderboard.

The board does not stay still. Guardian Bots and boss characters such as VC-DII appear and rewrite the map with Hex blocks while you play, and the Set Zero challenge tests how well you handle digital obstacles.
