Each fight asks you to deploy troops, respond to incoming waves, and use random merges to turn basic units into stronger warriors. Chapters bring zone-based battles and large enemies such as the Cyber-Gorilla, so good timing and squad choices matter as much as building your force.

Between battles, improve your Captain with gear, drones, cloaks, and Tactical Chips, and fuse equipment to raise its tier. Send units to the Mining Facility to collect resources while you’re away, then use your progress to strengthen your station and prepare for tougher encounters.

Starguard: Evo Merge TD also offers real-time co-op for tackling waves with a friend, plus a PvP Battle Arena where you can compete for a place in the Command Rankings. Its colorful 2D sci-fi style pairs with a repeatable cycle of merging, fighting, and upgrading.
