Idle Zombie Hospital Builder Hack

Most zombie games ask you to survive the horde, but Idle Zombie Hospital asks you to treat it. Grab the Idle Zombie Hospital mod IPA for your iPhone from builds.io and manage a clinic for the infected with a budget that does not run dry.

About Idle Zombie Hospital

The idea behind the game is a role reversal: instead of fighting the infected, you build a hospital meant to cure them. You start with a small clinic and grow it step by step into a worldwide hospital network. As the name suggests, it belongs to the idle management family, where the business keeps progressing through upgrades and expansion rather than through fast reflexes.

Staff is the heart of the operation. You hire paramedics to bring patients in, scientists to work on the cure and therapists to look after the patients' state of mind. Labs and wards can be upgraded, and each upgrade makes the whole hospital more capable. Patients need handling with care, because a zombie who is not kept calm can have an aggression outburst, so calming them is part of the daily routine.

What the Idle Zombie Hospital mod unlocks

• Infinite currency, so upgrades and expansion are never held back by the budget
• No ads, which keeps sessions uninterrupted
• Anti-cheat protection built into the build
• Staff hiring, lab upgrades and ward upgrades available as soon as you want them

Good to know

Because currency is no longer a limit, the slow part of an idle game, waiting to afford the next improvement, largely disappears. That suits people who care more about seeing how far the hospital can grow than about balancing income.

Idle Zombie Hospital is on builds.io as an IPA for iPhone; tap once and your clinic is ready, no PC needed.
