If you have a new shiny device, but the app crashes do the following to fix it:

1. Open PPSSPP

2. Go to SETTINGS > Tools

3. Now open Developer Tools > CPU core

4. Untick “IR Internet” option

5. You did it! Now your app won’t crash anymore
